In this role, Busser/Barbacks assist Bartenders primarily by clearing the bar tops, cleaning and sanitizing barware, and restocking glassware and plateware. They play a pivotal role in ensuring that the bar area is always fully equipped and operational, which includes changing out kegs to keep beers on tap fresh and ready to serve.
