The role of Busser/Barback at Yard House is crucial in supporting our Servers and Bartenders to ensure a welcoming and efficient service environment. This position involves maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas, making sure these spaces are always spotless, sanitized, and visually appealing. In addition to cleaning responsibilities, Busser/Barbacks assist Bartenders with clearing and sanitizing barware and restocking glassware and plateware. An important task includes changing kegs as needed to keep the beer fresh and flowing smoothly on tap. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean, sanitized, and visually appealing
- assist bartenders in clearing the bar top
