The Busser/Barbacks position is essential to maintaining the high standards of service and cleanliness that Yard House is known for. These team members work closely with Servers and Bartenders to ensure that the dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are kept clean, sanitized, stocked, and visually appealing at all times. Responsibilities include assisting bartenders by clearing the bar top, cleaning and sanitizing barware, restocking glassware and plateware, and managing keg changes to keep beers fresh on tap. This role requires individuals who are energetic, team-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive atmosphere for customers and colleagues alike.
