The position of Busser/Barback at YARD HOUSE is essential to maintaining the smooth operation and cleanliness of the dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas. This role supports both servers and bartenders by ensuring that all areas are kept clean, sanitized, and well-stocked. Busser/Barbacks assist bartenders by clearing the bar top, cleaning and sanitizing barware, and restocking glassware and plateware. They are also responsible for changing out kegs as needed to keep the beer on tap fresh and flowing. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to follow instructions and work well under pressure
- Commitment to cleanliness and attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar busser or barback role preferred

Job Duties
- Ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and sanitized
