The Twin Peaks Bar Back position is a critical role responsible for supporting the Twin Peaks Girl behind the bar by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area. This includes adhering to strict uniform standards, ensuring that all bar equipment is clean and in good working order, restocking supplies, and assisting with opening and closing duties. The role requires an individual who is detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work efficiently in a team setting while managing the physical demands associated with the job. The bar back must maintain a high level of sanitation and safety following all company policies, local, and state regulations. Training is provided and mandatory before the employee can work independently, including compliance with food and alcohol service certifications.

Job Requirements
- Must have proven experience as a bar back
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Must be able to understand and follow cleaning and sanitation policies
- Must be physically capable of performing tasks such as lifting up to 30 pounds
- Must attend orientation and complete all required training
- Must adhere to uniform and grooming standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bar back
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to understand policies and procedures related to cleaning and sanitizing a restaurant
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple instructions
- Successful completion of training programs related to bar back duties
- Compliance with local and state food and alcohol service certification requirements
Job Duties
- Adhering to uniform standards
- Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized bar
- Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
- Ensure HOH Standards, Safety and Sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
- Ability to work as a team
- Train using tablets or computer
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary
- Assisting with opening and closing duties including, but not limited to, restocking the bar with all necessary items, cleaning the bar, mopping, etc.
- Ensuring the bar is always well stocked
- Changing kegs, checking taps, and appliances to confirm they are working and in good repair
