The Busser/Barback role at Yard House is essential to maintaining the smooth operation of both the dining and bar areas. Busser/Barbacks work as the trusted support for both servers and bartenders, ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and well-stocked service areas that contribute to a high-quality guest experience. They handle tasks such as clearing the bar top, cleaning and sanitizing barware, restocking glassware and plateware, and monitoring the beer kegs to maintain fresh taps for guests. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift heavy items and work on feet for extended periods
- Commitment to follow safety and hygiene standards

Job Duties
- Ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and sanitized
- Assist bartenders by clearing the bar top and cleaning barware
- Restock glassware and plateware
- Change out kegs as needed to keep beers fresh
- Maintain stocked and visually appealing service areas
- Support servers and bartenders in guest service
- Follow company house rules and embrace the Yard House culture
