The Busser/Barback role is an integral support position where you act as the right hand to servers and bartenders. This position involves maintaining cleanliness and order across the dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas to ensure a polished and inviting environment. You will play a vital role in assisting bartenders by clearing bar tops, cleaning and sanitizing barware, and restocking glassware and plateware to ensure seamless service flow. Additionally, changing kegs to keep beers on tap fresh is an important part of the role. Beyond the operational tasks, this position requires a vibrant personality that aligns with our culture.
