Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods
- Must be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual
- Must be 18 years or older
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in busser or barback role is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitization standards
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Duties
- Ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and sanitized
- Assist bartenders in clearing bar tops and cleaning barware
- Restock glassware and plateware
- Change kegs to keep beers fresh
- Maintain visual appeal of service areas
- Support servers and bartenders with service needs
- Follow Yard House house rules and contribute to the team environment
