Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
experience in a restaurant or bar setting preferred
physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods
strong communication skills
team-oriented mindset
must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and sanitized
assist bartenders in clearing the bar top
clean and sanitize barware
restock glassware and plateware
change out kegs to maintain fresh beer on tap
support servers and bartenders during busy periods
maintain visually appealing service areas
