Job Duties
- Ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and sanitized
- Assist bartenders by clearing the bar top and cleaning barware
- Restock glassware and plateware as needed
- Change out kegs to maintain fresh beers on tap
- Support servers and bartenders in providing excellent guest experiences
- Maintain stock levels and visual appeal of service areas
- Follow company house rules to contribute to a positive work environment
