Job Requirements

- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods

Job Duties
- Ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean, sanitized, and well-stocked
- Assist bartenders by clearing the bar top and cleaning barware
- Restock glassware and plateware promptly
- Change out kegs to keep beers on tap fresh
- Maintain visual appeal and organization of service areas
- Support servers and bartenders during busy shifts
- Follow all health and safety regulations
