Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality preferred
  • Nevada Health Card required
  • Ability to stand and walk swiftly for extended periods
  • Ability to bend and carry service trays overhead
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without assistance
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Willingness to follow health and safety protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and accident prevention principles
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Nevada Health Card required
  • Nevada TAM card may be required depending on assigned location
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Clearing and scraping all dishes in the side stations after clearing a table
  • Maintain tables throughout service, clearing dishes between courses, and emptying glassware as necessary
  • Proactively reset tables as quickly as possible after guests leave the restaurant
  • Proactively restock items
  • Multitask to eliminate work quickly by practicing good working habits including cleaning up as you go and preparing for busy hours during slow hours
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Maintain assigned areas to ensure it is kept neat and clean always
  • Follow sanitation guidelines including regular hand washing and avoiding bare-hand contact
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and floors
  • Restock side stations and assist team members with rolling silverware and cleaning
  • Practice sanitation and safety principles in kitchen and restaurant
  • Ensure proper conditions of equipment and facilities, alerting management of repairs
  • Provide excellent guest service and assist team members
  • Maintain a fast pace for customer service needs
  • Be a team player and proactively assist colleagues
