We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Busser to join our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the smooth operation of our dining area by promptly clearing and resetting tables to accommodate new guests. The Busser assists servers with food and beverage delivery and supports kitchen staff when necessary, contributing to an overall seamless service. In addition to physical stamina and attention to detail, this position demands excellent communication skills and a robust customer service orientation. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is an asset
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift heavy objects up to 25 pounds
Good communication skills

Job Duties

Clearing and resetting tables promptly after guests finish their meals, including removing used dishes, glassware, and silverware, and replacing linens and napkins
Assisting servers with food and beverage service when needed, such as refilling drinks or delivering plates
Maintaining cleanliness of floors, furniture, and side stations, ensuring the dining area is tidy and sanitary
Stocking service stations with essential supplies like silverware, plates, napkins, and condiments
Pre-bussing tasks, such as removing empty plates during meals and replenishing water or utensils to anticipate guest needs
Supporting kitchen staff occasionally, including helping with dishwashing or organizing glassware
Other duties as assigned
