Job Requirements
- California Food Handler Card required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods, often for entire shifts
- ability to lift and carry moderate loads up to 35 pounds
- ability to bend, reach, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
- effective verbal communication and frequent interaction with guests and staff
- genuine passion for food, beverage, and hospitality
Job Qualifications
- California Food Handler Card or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire

Job Duties
- Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and quietly between guests
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and floors
- refill water, bread, and other items and assist servers with food running as needed
- restock service stations with supplies, silverware, and glassware
- provide discreet, attentive, and professional support to guests
- support servers and management to keep service moving efficiently
- follow all health, safety, and sanitation requirements and report concerns to management
