The Food and Beverage Department at The Peninsula Beverly Hills is an integral part of the guest experience, featuring a range of diverse dining outlets, each offering unique culinary delights and ambiance. We are currently seeking a Busser to join the Food and Beverage Management Team at The Belvedere. As a Busser at The Belvedere, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of the dining area by ensuring that tables are clean, orderly, and well-prepared for each guest. Your duties will include preparing tables with appropriate settings, supporting wait staff by replenishing condiments and maintaining bus stations, and assisting with closing procedures such as cleaning and tidying the dining area. - To frequently communicate with colleagues and to maintain an excellent rapport within the entire Food & Beverage Department to stimulate continuous improvement

Job Duties
- Prepares for patrons by cleaning and clothing tables
- setting decorations, condiments, napkins, service plates, and utensils
- Supports wait staff by setting-up and replenishing condiment stands, trash containers liners, and bus stations
- Closes dining facility by cleaning chairs and tables
- sweeping and/or vacuuming floors
- removing trash and recyclables from the facility
- Updates job knowledge by participating in staff training opportunities
