Job Requirements

  • Previous experience is not required
  • Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
  • Must be able to operate kitchen equipment including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, point of sale (POS) system
  • Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
  • Have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable or be willing to obtain one
  • Must be able to communicate effectively
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Familiarity with restaurant dining and food handling practices is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and adhere to sanitation and safety standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Job Duties

  • Guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
  • Understand the restaurant menu to identify different menu items for takeout and catering
  • Review orders with guests at pick-up or upon delivery and/or with Delivery Driver to ensure order accuracy
  • Deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations
  • Clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, bussing dishes to kitchen dishwasher station and resetting tables as needed
  • Remove bus tubs from the bar to kitchen dishwasher station
  • Restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
  • Understand restaurant seating layout and how tables are divided into server areas
  • Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
