Chili's is currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Busser Team Members to join the team. This role involves maintaining a clean and sanitary dining environment to ensure guests consistently enjoy a comfortable and pleasant dining experience. This is a fast-paced position that requires teamwork, strong communication skills, and an ability to work efficiently under the pressure of a busy dining room. Busser Team Members support the front-of-house team by clearing tables, replenishing supplies, sweeping floors, sanitizing surfaces, and resetting tables quickly and efficiently. The role includes working shifts during evenings, weekends, and holidays, offering flexibility for part-time or full-time schedules. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting, sweeping, and standing for long periods
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions
  • Must adhere to hygiene and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Maintain a clean dining room by clearing dishes, sweeping dining room floors, stocking supplies, sanitizing contact surfaces, and resetting tables for the next guests
  • Perform duties to support the service team as instructed by a manager
  • Work quickly to provide friendly service and keep up with the pace of the restaurant and team
  • Requires some shifts on evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies
  • Assist in maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness and organization
