Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred but not required
ability to work some shifts on evenings, weekends, and holidays
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
good physical stamina and strength

Job Duties

maintain a clean dining room by clearing dishes, sweeping dining room floors, stocking supplies, sanitizing contact surfaces, and resetting tables for the next guests
perform duties to support the service team as instructed by a manager
work quickly to provide friendly service and keep up with the pace of the restaurant and team
assist with maintaining a tidy and inviting dining environment
ensure dining areas are ready and welcoming for guests
follow health and safety guidelines consistently
