Job Requirements
- Bussers: clear, clean, and reset tables between seatings
- move tables, chairs, and furniture to accommodate customer needs
- assist with cleaning and processing dirty dishes and silverware
- set up the restaurant after service and prep for the following service
- be courteous, friendly, and have a pleasant demeanor
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs via food or beverage trays or required equipment
- safely transport items to and from the kitchen on a slick, uneven surface
- lift and carry multiple plates from the kitchen to the dining room
- safely move about in all areas of the restaurant
- frequently bend, stoop, reach, lift, carry, and wipe
- Runners: be courteous, friendly, and have a pleasant demeanor
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs via food or beverage trays or required equipment

Job Qualifications
- Complete TX food handler certification per state requirement
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Follow management and leadership instructions
- Report to work in a complete required uniform
- Maintain a well-manicured appearance and persona that reflects the restaurant's image
- Complete job responsibilities and performance objectives in a timely and effective manner in accordance with Casa Rio policies and procedures
