Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Team-oriented attitude

Job Duties
- Serve each customer courteously, quickly and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant and enthusiastic attitude
- Provide great tasting and quality food, and a clean restaurant environment for all guests
- Ensure that empty tables are ready to receive new guests
- Remove dirty dishes, sanitize the table, clean the seats and clean surrounding floor
- Follow proper safety procedures and report unsafe situations caused by employees and guests
- Practice continual communication with restaurant managers and co-workers
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
