The role of a Customer Service Representative at TravelCenters of America is integral to the success of its quick service restaurants. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for serving each customer courteously, efficiently, and accurately. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service
  • serve each customer courteously, quickly and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant and enthusiastic attitude
  • provide great tasting / quality food, and a clean restaurant environment for all guests
  • ensure that empty tables are ready to receive new guests
  • remove dirty dishes, sanitize the table, clean the seats and if necessary, sweep or vacuum the surrounding floor
  • follow proper safety procedures and report potentially unsafe situations caused by employees and guests
  • practice continual communication with restaurant managers and co-workers
  • perform other job-related duties as assigned
