Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Must have a TAM card prior to starting
- Previous beer and alcohol pouring experience required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations

Job Duties
- Welcome guests in with a warm welcome and uncommon hospitality that creates a memorable experience
- Become an expert on all menu items, current promotions, beers on tap, and bar cocktails
- Share loyalty program with guests and coach on how to sign up
- Support quick table turns through bussing and cleaning tables throughout the shift
- Hold high standards for restaurant cleanliness and actively assist with e.g., floors, muck station, service alley, parking lot etc
- Create a fun environment with a positive attitude and willingness to help the team
- Support with opening, running, and closing cleaning/re-stocking duties
- Run food and drinks to guests’ tables and offer refills and to-go supplies whenever needed
- Help teammates out wherever possible
- Learn something new ever
