The role involves working in busy restaurants with consistent hours and flexible schedules, offering candidates a chance to earn a competitive wage ranging from $12 to $16.80 per hour, depending on experience and location. Team members will take pride in providing attentive and friendly service to guests, ensuring each visitor experiences the trademark uncommon hospitality that sets Panda Restaurant Group apart. Employees are expected to maintain high cleanliness standards, contribute to team efforts in opening and closing duties, and support fast and efficient table service. Working in this fast-paced multi-concept venue means team members must be adaptable, capable of standing for extended periods, and able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Employees must be at least 21 years old, possess a TAM card before starting, and have previous experience with beer and alcohol pouring. This position also requires strong communication and active listening skills, as well as the ability to respond to feedback in a coachable manner. Shifts include nights and weekends to accommodate the operational hours of the venue.
