Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to think on feet and keep up in high-pressure situations
- capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- able to walk, bend, twist, and climb stairs
- flexible availability, including nights, weekends and holidays
- willingness to follow company policies and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous food and beverage experience is a plus but not required
- ability to think on feet in high-pressure situations
- good physical stamina to handle active role
- basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices
- teamwork and communication skills
Job Duties
- Sorting and washing dirty and used dishes and utensils
- replacing washed dishes and utensils in storage areas
- helping in keeping the general restaurant area sanitary and clean (i.e. sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning tables)
- assisting the service team as needed
- maintaining kitchen cleanliness standards
- operating dishwashing equipment safely
- adhering to health and safety regulations
