Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as Food Runner or Busser in fine dining or high volume restaurant

  • Minimally 1+ years Food Runner/Busser experience in a fine dining, high volume setting

Job Duties

  • Deliver a high-quality food and beverage dining experience to support guest dining experience
  • Deliver food and drink orders to the correct table in a timely manner
  • Assist the server as necessary to ensure that the guest is served in a timely manner
  • Ensure the area is well stocked and maintain the cleanliness of the workspace throughout the shift
  • Maintain dining ambiance with an enthusiastic and graceful attitude
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of all menu items as well as specials
  • Participate actively during line up
  • Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout all areas of the restaurant before, during and after service
  • Maintain proper loss prevention standards pursuant to Restaurant protocol
  • Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
  • Complete all assigned side work relevant to guest interactive service
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Consistently report to scheduled shifts on time
  • Work ethically
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as per business need
