The Full-Time Busser position at Boon Fly Cafe is an essential role dedicated to supporting the servers and enhancing guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. This non-exempt role is vital in maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards, ensuring that all tables are promptly cleared, sanitized, and reset for incoming guests. The busser will be responsible for removing used plates, glassware, cutlery, and napkins, as well as wiping down tables to prepare them for the next diners. Additionally, bussers assist with refilling water glasses and may help bring out meal orders when servers are occupied. This role requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be committed to upholding the resort’s high standards. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is necessary. Physical stamina and the ability to navigate the resort’s expansive property while performing duties such as lifting up to 25 pounds are also important aspects of this role.
