Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Minimum 3 months experience in a busser or similar role
- Ability to remain mobile for up to 5 hours
- Comfortable with repetitive movements such as bending and stooping
- Ability to lift up to 33 pounds
- Ability to push carts or work equipment occasionally
- Capacity to work indoors and outdoors as required
Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent preferred
- At least 3 months experience in a similar role, ideally in a fine dining setting
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive and polished attitude
Job Duties
- Set tables meticulously and symmetrically according to fine dining standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area including sweeping and mopping
- Greet guests warmly and assist with their needs
- Maintain and restock cleaning supplies and tools
- Support servers by clearing and resetting tables promptly
- Clean and restock restrooms regularly
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
