The role of a Busser Team Member at Chili's is essential to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and efficiency in the restaurant’s dining environment. Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to stand and walk for long periods
willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
ability to follow instructions and work with a team
good communication skills

Job Qualifications

prior experience as a busser or in a similar role preferred
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong communication and teamwork skills
attention to detail
physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods
basic understanding of restaurant sanitation standards

Job Duties

Maintain a clean dining room by clearing dishes, sweeping dining room floors, stocking supplies, sanitizing contact surfaces, and resetting tables for the next guests
perform duties to support the service team as instructed by a manager
work quickly to provide friendly service and keep up with the pace of the restaurant and team
assist in maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness
communicate effectively with team members and management
work some shifts on evenings, weekends, and holidays
