The Mercedes Chili's location, situated at 4901 E Expressway 83 in Mercedes, TX, is seeking dedicated Busser Team Members to join their team. As a Busser, you will be responsible for efficiently clearing dishes, sweeping floors, stocking supplies, sanitizing contact surfaces, and resetting tables promptly for incoming guests. Job Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Maintain a clean dining room by clearing dishes, sweeping dining room floors, stocking supplies, sanitizing contact surfaces, and resetting tables for the next guests
  • Perform duties to support the service team as instructed by a manager
  • Work quickly to provide friendly service and keep up with the pace of the restaurant and team
  • Requires some shifts on evenings, weekends, and holidays
