Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry trays glassware racks and up to 30 lbs
- Ability to work in a dynamic high-energy environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred ideally in upscale or fine dining
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced high-standard environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within hospitality
Job Duties
- Maintain a constant awareness of the dining room anticipating the needs of guests and service staff
- Reset tables with precision consistency and attention to Marela's elevated standards
- Assist in delivering water service bread service and other table touches as directed by the service team
- Ensure tables are clean polished and fully set prior to seating
- Support seamless table turns while maintaining a calm and refined atmosphere
- Respond promptly and graciously to guest requests when approached
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all dining areas including floors service stations and pathways
