- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and crouch for extended periods
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Frequent hand washing
- Willingness to work long hours and frequent weekends

- Demonstrated initiative and ethical conduct
Job Duties
- Wipe tables or seats with dampened cloths or replace dirty tablecloths
- Complete opening and closing duties effectively and in timely manner
- Sweep, mop, and set out mats
- Set tables with clean linens, condiments, or other supplies
- Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning
- Clean up spilled food or drink or broken dishes and remove empty bottles and trash
- Perform serving, cleaning, or stocking duties in dining rooms, to facilitate customer service
