The Busser / Janitor position at Twin Peaks is pivotal in sustaining the restaurant's clean and organized environment. Job Requirements

Proven experience as a busser/janitor
Ability to communicate in English
Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple instructions
Must attend orientation and training programs
Ability to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Must comply with uniform standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work as part of a team
Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols

Job Qualifications

Proven experience as a busser/janitor
Ability to communicate in English
Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple instructions
Ability to understand and follow cleaning and sanitation policies and procedures
Must attend and successfully complete training programs and orientation
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
Basic understanding of safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

Adhering to uniform standards
Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
Ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
Ability to work as part of a team
Train using tablets or computer
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary
Assisting with opening and closing duties of the restaurant including sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, etc.
