The role at Live Nation is a cleaning and housekeeping position based in a live entertainment venue environment, with a focus on maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards to ensure a flawless experience for guests and staff. This hourly position offers an estimated pay of $16.50 USD, reflecting competitive compensation in line with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. Responsibilities include responding politely and promptly to guest inquiries, circulating to maintain atmosphere control, and keeping floors and work areas clean and safe. This role is crucial for preserving the venue's professional appearance by promptly cleaning spills, managing waste, and ensuring all areas meet strict housekeeping policies.
Additional duties involve detailed cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, maintaining restrooms, replenishing supplies, and polishing hardware. Staff members are expected to uphold safety standards, report repairs and hazards, and participate actively in pre-shift meetings. The position demands critical thinking, strong time management, and a commitment to detailed cleaning routines, all while exhibiting a positive team spirit and a proactive attitude. Physical stamina is required, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, tolerate loud environments, and stand for prolonged periods.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Three or more years in cleaning services or related type work
- Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalent
- Ability to read, write and follow written instruction
- Early morning and day time availability
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs using proper lifting techniques
- Tolerance of loud noises
- Detail-oriented and team player with a positive attitude
- Sense of urgency
- Time management skills
- Knowledge of kitchen sanitation standards
- Critical thinking and decision making skills

Job Duties
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite manner
- Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area throughout shift
- Keep floor neat, clean and free of food, trash and other obstacles throughout shift
- Clean all spills immediately, use floor signs to caution guests and staff
- Put all trash and recyclable products in proper receptacles
- Clean and stock line to par throughout shift
- Follow housekeeping standards per policy
- Operate trash compactor per procedures policy
- Ensure that trash cans/slim jims are clean, free of odor and lined
- Keep all dust pans clean and free of stuck on debris/odor
- Separate glass, cardboard and plastics per local codes
- Pre-roll and store table paper, per venue specifications
- Keep current on all standard operating procedures
- Turn all lost and found items into MOD
- Attend pre-shift meeting conducted by MOD prior to start of each shift
- Assist other employees as needed
- Clean and dust all areas of venue
- Sweep and mop floors
- Clean and maintain restrooms
- Refill toilet paper, paper towel, sanitary napkin and soap dispense
- Clean and polish hardware such as doors, woodwork, door handles, push plates, kick plates, metal handrails, cigarette urns and drinking fountains
- Vacuum and spot clean rugs
- Replace burned out light bulbs or report same to supervisor
- Maintain service rooms and storage areas in a clean orderly manner
- Maintain adequate supply of cleaning equipment, materials and supplies
- Use cleaning tools such as mops, brooms, squeegees, cleaning cloths, sponges, pails, brushes, vacuum cleaners, etc.
- Remove wastepaper baskets and containers, and empties same into trash containers and clean area after trash has been picked up
- Report all repairs required and safety and fire hazards to supervisor
- Observe safety standards and practices
- Additional general cleaning of venue
- Perform related duties as required or assigned within job classification
