- physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines is a plus
Job Duties
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service in a fast-paced, high-standards environment
- clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- assist servers and bartenders by pre-bussing tables and responding to guest needs as directed
- maintain cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, and guest-facing areas
- transport dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils to designated areas
- help restock plates, glassware, silverware, and other service items
- support servers and bartenders during busy service periods to ensure timely guest service
