Job Duties

  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service in a fast-paced, high-standards environment
  • clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
  • assist servers and bartenders by pre-bussing tables and responding to guest needs as directed
  • maintain cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, and guest-facing areas
  • transport dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils to designated areas
  • help restock plates, glassware, silverware, and other service items
  • support servers and bartenders during busy service periods to ensure timely guest service
