The SOMM Hotel and Spa is an upcoming luxury hotel set to open in the summer of 2025 in Woodinville, Washington. This 164-room hotel will be the centerpiece of a 20-acre master-planned development known as Harvest, which aims to blend upscale living, dining, and entertainment in the Pacific Northwest. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Current valid state Food Handler's License
  • Ability to stand and be in continuous motion throughout the shift
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality settings preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Current state Food Handler's License(s)
  • Ability to transport up to 30 pounds
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment

Job Duties

  • Break down and reset tables quickly and efficiently
  • Clean and organize dining areas to maintain a tidy environment
  • Restock supplies and assist servers with their needs
  • Provide exceptional hospitality and assistance to guests
  • Support restaurant managers in various operational tasks
  • Ensure rapid table turnover to maximize seating capacity
  • Maintain continuous contact motion and handle physical demands during the shift
