Job Requirements

Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Willingness to adhere to company policies and safety standards

Job Duties

Quickly clears dirty table settings and prepares table for resetting
Maintains stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods including silverware, linen and condiments
Assists servers with food and beverage service
Transports dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area
Performs general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products
Folds napkins to maintain supply
Performs all assigned side work including replenishing condiments and restocking side stands
Cleans spills and handles special guest requests
Greets and seats guests as assigned
