The role of Outlet Busperson at Highgate Hotels is hourly compensated and positioned within an esteemed hospitality environment. The Outlet Busperson serves as a pivotal support member in the dining services team, primarily assisting servers to deliver outstanding experiences to guests. This role demands maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation throughout shift hours while ensuring dining areas and tables are impeccably stocked and presented. Responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables with clean linens, china, glassware, and silverware consistent with the property’s standards. The Outlet Busperson supports the dining room by replenishing beverages such as coffee, tea, soda, lemonade, and water, keeping beverages at least three-quarters full, and aiding in prompt service such as pre-bussing tables, answering telephones, and covering during server absences as needed.
