Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in hotel or related field preferred
- ability to stand during entire shift
- capability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, 20 pounds constantly
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- ability to listen, understand, and clarify concerns
- ability to multitask and prioritize
- maintain personal grooming and proper uniform
- comply with company standards and regulations
- attend all required meetings and trainings

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in hotel or related field preferred

- physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects
Job Duties
- assist servers by delivering and refilling beverages, pre-bussing tables, and promptly resolving guest requests
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout shift hours
- keep work areas clean and properly stocked according to meal periods
- keep all tables cleaned and properly set with clean china, glassware, silverware, and linen
- break down trays of soiled dishes and linen in dishroom according to standards
- complete daily opening and closing duties as per side-work checklist
- answer phone attentively and courteously, assist fellow employees as needed, provide guest service in server's absence, maintain beverage levels at least three-quarters full, ensure overall guest satisfaction
