This non-exempt role offers a salary range of $16.50 to $23.03 per hour, with pay placement based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity. The Busser assists servers in delivering exceptional quality and service by ensuring cleanliness and order throughout the dining areas, particularly guest tables. Key responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables according to specifications, assisting with wine presentations and menu knowledge to drive sales, promoting the restaurant and wine club events, and coordinating with the kitchen and service staff to expedite food properly.
