We are currently hiring for full-time and part-time Busser and Food Runner positions to help maintain the seamless operation of our busy dining rooms. These roles are key to ensuring our guests receive prompt and attentive service, maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of the dining area, and supporting our servers and kitchen staff. Busser duties focus on preparing tables before service, efficiently clearing and resetting tables during service, and deep cleaning and restocking after shifts. Food Runner responsibilities include delivering meals accurately and swiftly from the kitchen to guests, assisting with guest inquiries, and maintaining food station organization.

Employees in these roles are expected to demonstrate excellent teamwork, maintain effective communication, and work efficiently in a fast-paced dining environment while paying close attention to detail. Happy Lamb Hot Pot offers competitive hourly wages ranging from 25 to 38 dollars per hour, including tips and other forms of compensation. Job Duties

  • Set tables with utensils, napkins, and glassware
  • Ensure tables are clean and arranged properly
  • Refill condiments, water pitchers, and restock service stations
  • Help polish tableware and glassware
  • Clear dirty dishes and glassware from tables
  • Wipe down and reset tables quickly for new guests
  • Refill water and assist with guest needs
  • Support servers with additional tasks
  • Remove trash or full bus tubs from the floor area
  • Deep-clean tables and chairs
  • Sweep and mop the floor
  • Restock supplies for the next shift
  • Help break down service stations
  • Learn table numbers and seating layout
  • Review menu and dish components to describe them to guests
  • Stock plates, trays, utensils, and garnishes at the expo line
  • Run food from the kitchen to the correct table promptly
  • Ensure proper plate placement in front of guests
  • Communicate with servers if anything is missing from an order
  • Answer basic questions about menu items
  • Return dirty dishes to the kitchen when passing by
  • Help clean the expo line and runner stations
  • Reorganize trays and supplies
  • Communicate any issues during service to management
