With a strong focus on delivering quality experiences to guests, Paradies Lagardère is committed to upholding its core values—Trust, Respect, Integrity, First-Class Service, Innovation, and Commitment—to create a welcoming and positive environment for both customers and team members. The company prides itself on fostering a family culture where every employee is valued, empowered, and encouraged to contribute to a memorable customer experience. Paradies Lagardère’s diverse portfolio includes food and beverage services, retail shops, and dining concepts, making it a dynamic workplace for career growth in the hospitality industry.
The Busser role at Paradies Lagardère is an essential part of the restaurant team, ensuring that guests receive attentive, courteous, and efficient service at all times. As a Busser, you will be expected to embody a positive company image by greeting guests with a smile, assisting servers and bartenders, and maintaining clean and sanitized dining areas. The position requires a passionate individual who embraces the company’s TRIFIC values—Trust, Respect, Integrity, First-Class Service, Innovation, and Commitment—and delivers first-class service to every guest interaction. This role is vital for supporting smooth restaurant operations, including setting tables, clearing plates, restocking supplies, and adhering to sanitation standards.
This position offers a pay rate of $19.29 per hour and requires flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team, and demonstrate strong judgment when engaging with guests and peers. Health and safety compliance, particularly with OSHA regulations and food safety laws, is also a key responsibility. This role not only demands physical stamina—standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and working in varying temperature conditions—but also a genuine enthusiasm for customer service and teamwork.
The Busser position at Paradies Lagardère offers a rewarding opportunity to be part of a vibrant hospitality team dedicated to exceeding guest expectations. Success in this role means going above and beyond the basic job duties to create memorable dining experiences. Paradies Lagardère values employees who can adapt to change, prioritize tasks efficiently, and contribute positively to the restaurant’s atmosphere.
