Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Experience in high volume or fast casual dining restaurant environment preferred
  • ServSafe certification or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to take direction and collaborate in a team environment
  • Ability to work in a high energy and demanding environment
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently and with other team members
  • Able to work unsupervised for extended periods and demonstrate good judgment
  • Ability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent customer service skills in English
  • Strong self-motivation, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Positive interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter able to prioritize and handle various tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations
  • Ability to lift minimum 25 lbs and perform essential physical job functions
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in varying temperature conditions

Job Duties

  • Embody a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service with a smile to customers and team members
  • Follow Paradies Lagardère core values TRIFIC (Trust, Respect, Integrity, First-Class, Innovation, Commitment)
  • Recognize and satisfy all restaurant guests and be accountable to the Company and Restaurant Managers
  • Set and prepare tables for dining including folding napkins, cleaning, and placing tableware
  • Clear and sanitize tables and chairs immediately after guests leave using approved chemicals
  • Assist servers and bartenders with table service including serving beverages and breads
  • Support food runners, hosts, servers, bartenders, and expeditors when needed
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Keep designated service stations clean and well stocked
  • Comply with all local, state, and federal laws and food safety regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
