Palio features an extensive menu showcasing authentic Tuscan dishes such as large pizzas crafted from our industrial gas-fired stone pizza oven, classic Italian favorites like bolognese, carbonara, and lasagna, all prepared with fresh herbs sourced from our in-house herb garden. The culinary team emphasizes scratch-made dishes and creativity, with a focus on seasonal and local produce. We are currently hiring Bussers to join our vibrant team. This role is perfect for outgoing individuals with excellent people skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for quality. Candidates with prior experience working in high-volume restaurant environments and the ability to operate in multiple stations are highly preferred. As a busser at Palio, you will play an essential role in ensuring efficiency and teamwork in a fast-paced and growing restaurant setting, supporting our mission to exceed guest expectations by delivering exemplary service.
