Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience as a busser food runner or back server preferred
ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
strong communication skills
ability to work in a team-oriented environment
physical ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform duties requiring physical effort

Job Qualifications

prior experience as a back server busser or food runner preferred
prior experience in fine dining preferred
ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays according to department needs

Job Duties

assist in setting up and clearing tables including arranging utensils plates and glassware and removing used items promptly to maintain a clean and organized dining area
assist servers in delivering beverages to tables refilling drinks as needed and ensuring guests have a positive and uninterrupted dining experience
assist guests as needed including answering questions accommodating special requests and ensuring their comfort throughout the dining experience
collaborate with servers and other restaurant staff to ensure efficient service delivery communicate guest requests or feedback and coordinate tasks to meet service standards
assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area including wiping down tables chairs and surfaces and ensuring adherence to food safety protocols
