Job Duties
- clear and reset tables promptly to prepare for new guests
- assist servers by refilling water glasses and delivering beverages
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including floors and service stations
- respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries
- assist in setting up dining areas for service periods
- support the food and beverage team in maintaining smooth operation flow
- ensure all bussing equipment is clean and ready for use
