The Busser role at Eddie Merlots is crucial in maintaining the smooth flow of service and ensuring guests have an outstanding dining experience. As a Busser, your primary responsibility is to assist servers by preparing the dining area before, during, and after guest service. This includes setting and resetting tables, refilling water glasses, serving bread, and restocking essential items such as clean plates, silverware, and glassware. Job Duties

  • Complete and pass required training modules
  • know your work schedule and arrive on time
  • communicate with manager about reservations and special needs

  • bake and serve bread with butter
  • keep water glasses filled
  • maintain table cleanliness and remove dishes
