Job Duties
- Complete and pass required training modules
- know your work schedule and arrive on time
- communicate with manager about reservations and special needs
- set up station and dining room according to standards
- maintain assigned section and assist other sections as needed
- bake and serve bread with butter
- keep water glasses filled
- maintain table cleanliness and remove dishes
- package take-home items correctly
- thank guests and invite them to return
- bus, set, and reset tables
- perform side and closing duties
- maintain clean and orderly service stations
- provide basic Eddie Merlots information to guests
- follow all policies, procedures, and regulations
- communicate guest requests and complaints to management
