  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • physical ability to lift and carry heavy items

  • maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards

Job Duties

  • Scrape and stack dirty dishes
  • carry dishes and tableware to kitchen for cleaning
  • wipe tables and seats or replace tablecloths
  • set tables
  • clean up spilled food, drink, or broken dishes
  • remove empty bottles and trash
  • maintain adequate supplies of ice, plates, glasses, and sauces
  • locate items requested by guests
  • clean counters, shelves, walls, furniture, or equipment in food service areas
  • wash glasses and serving equipment at bars
  • stock refrigerating units with wines or bottled beer
  • replace empty beer kegs
  • maintain bathroom cleanliness
  • complete all running side work
  • keep floors clean by sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming
  • dispose of trash and replace bags in bins
