Job Requirements

- prior experience in a similar role preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- physical ability to lift and carry heavy items

- maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards

Job Duties
- Scrape and stack dirty dishes
- carry dishes and tableware to kitchen for cleaning
- wipe tables and seats or replace tablecloths
- set tables
- clean up spilled food, drink, or broken dishes
- remove empty bottles and trash
- maintain adequate supplies of ice, plates, glasses, and sauces
- locate items requested by guests
- clean counters, shelves, walls, furniture, or equipment in food service areas
- wash glasses and serving equipment at bars
- stock refrigerating units with wines or bottled beer
- replace empty beer kegs
- maintain bathroom cleanliness
- complete all running side work
- keep floors clean by sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming
- dispose of trash and replace bags in bins
