Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry heavy trays or items
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Good physical stamina
- Ability to follow instructions and work well under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar busser or barback role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills

- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Job Duties
- Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning
- Wipe tables or seats with dampened cloths or replace dirty tablecloths
- Set tables
- Clean up spilled food or drink or broken dishes and remove empty bottles and trash
- Maintain adequate supplies of items needed throughout the shift such as ice, plates, glasses, and sauces
- Locate items requested by guests
- Clean counters, shelves, walls, furniture, or equipment in food service areas or other areas of restaurants
- Wash glasses or other serving equipment at bars
- Stock refrigerating units with wines or bottled beer or replace empty beer kegs
- Maintain bathroom cleanliness
- Complete all running side-work throughout shift
- Keep floor clean- sweep, mop, or vacuum
- Dispose of trash on the dumpster and placing new bags in trash bins
- Maintain a positive and professional approach to coworkers and customers
