Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in hospitality or food service preferred
Ability to deliver excellent customer service
Strong communication skills
Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
Ability to work standing for extended periods
Physical ability to lift up to 45 lbs
Ability to push and pull equipment up to 250 lbs
Basic computer literacy
Ability to work independently and in a team
Compliance with grooming and uniform standards
Availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

High school or equivalent education required
Prior hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
Safe Server Alcohol & Food certification preferred
Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace
Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written
Must have excellent customer relations skills
Must be detail oriented with outstanding organizational and communication skills
Must possess basic computer skills
Must possess basic computational ability
Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy and collect accurate information to resolve conflicts
Knowledgeable about basic function of Windows OS, MS Office, PMS, and POS
Self-driven and able to work independently
Exceptionally strong in issue resolution and proven analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
Knowledge of table and bar service
Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware
Ability to describe all menu items and methods of preparation

Job Duties

Deliver food to guests dining in restaurant
Ensure guest satisfaction with their food
Ensure serve corridor safety by transporting all equipment in the proper manner
Ensure that all spills and breakage are attended to immediately and proper safety procedures are followed
Stocks restaurant items such as glassware, straws, toothpicks, napkins, silverware, ice, and cleaning supplies
Clears tables throughout the dining experience using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware, and silverware
Cleans bar and table surfaces throughout the shift
Wipes down chairs, railings, and other high-touch surfaces
Removes and disposes bags from trash receptacles in and around the bar area
Participate in the deep cleaning of the outlet
Assists service team as necessary to meet and exceed guest expectations
All other duties assigned by managers and supervisors
