Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant setting preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including full-time or part-time shifts
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying temperatures
Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs and push or pull carts weighing up to 250 lbs
Effective communication skills
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to maintain neat and professional grooming consistent with company standards
Willingness to comply with all safety and security policies
Ability to work independently and with a team
Must be detail oriented and customer focused

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
Safe Server Alcohol and Food certification preferred
Excellent customer relations skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication abilities
Basic computer skills including Windows OS and MS Office
Knowledge of PMS and POS systems
Ability to describe menu items and preparation methods
Knowledge of table and bar service standards
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong issue resolution and analytical skills
Ability to maintain a professional appearance

Job Duties

Deliver food to guests dining in restaurant
Ensure guest satisfaction with their food
Ensure serve corridor safety by transporting all equipment in the proper manner
Ensure that all spills and breakage are attended to immediately and proper safety procedures are followed
Stocks restaurant items such as glassware, straws, toothpicks, napkins, silverware, ice, and cleaning supplies
Clears tables throughout the dining experience using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware, and silverware
Cleans bar and table surfaces throughout the shift
Wipes down chairs, railings, and other high-touch surfaces
Removes and disposes bags from trash receptacles in and around the bar area
Participate in the deep cleaning of the outlet
Assists service team as necessary to meet and exceed guest expectations
Perform other duties assigned by managers and supervisors
