Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant setting preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including full-time or part-time shifts
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying temperatures
  • Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs and push or pull carts weighing up to 250 lbs
  • Effective communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to maintain neat and professional grooming consistent with company standards
  • Willingness to comply with all safety and security policies
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Must be detail oriented and customer focused

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
  • Safe Server Alcohol and Food certification preferred
  • Excellent customer relations skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication abilities
  • Basic computer skills including Windows OS and MS Office
  • Knowledge of PMS and POS systems
  • Ability to describe menu items and preparation methods
  • Knowledge of table and bar service standards
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong issue resolution and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance

Job Duties

  • Deliver food to guests dining in restaurant
  • Ensure guest satisfaction with their food
  • Ensure serve corridor safety by transporting all equipment in the proper manner
  • Ensure that all spills and breakage are attended to immediately and proper safety procedures are followed
  • Stocks restaurant items such as glassware, straws, toothpicks, napkins, silverware, ice, and cleaning supplies
  • Clears tables throughout the dining experience using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware, and silverware
  • Cleans bar and table surfaces throughout the shift
  • Wipes down chairs, railings, and other high-touch surfaces
  • Removes and disposes bags from trash receptacles in and around the bar area
  • Participate in the deep cleaning of the outlet
  • Assists service team as necessary to meet and exceed guest expectations
  • Perform other duties assigned by managers and supervisors
