- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of health and safety standards
- Physical ability to perform duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Provide professional, courteous and efficient food and beverage service to all guests
- Clean and set up tables in the outlet
- Serve water, bread and coffee and greet guests by name when possible
- Stack trays properly for efficient unloading for stewarding
- Complete closing duties including storing goods, cleaning equipment, restocking items, and securing premises
- Set up, stock and maintain work areas
- Inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass and silverware
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
- Report accidents, injuries and unsafe conditions to manager
- Dress in clean and professional uniform
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and staff
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals
- Adhere to quality expectations and standards
- Perform physical duties including lifting, standing, and moving on various surfaces
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors
