Job Requirements

  • Ability to work all venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
  • practice safe work habits
  • follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations
  • complete company-wide safety training and any additional job-specific safety training

Job Duties

  • Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the restaurant and service areas
  • clear tables after guests leave
  • take tableware to dish room and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing
  • wash all china, glass and silverware
  • clean all equipment, pots and pans
  • store all equipment in proper locations
  • sweep and mop all floors in the kitchen
  • maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • attend mandatory meetings
  • perform all assigned side work
  • perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards
  • complete other duties as assigned by supervisor
