Job Description

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work positively and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, and wipe for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to carry trays and supplies (up to 50 lbs)
  • Restaurant experience is a plus but not required
  • We offer on-the-job training
  • A desire to help where needed and work as part of a team

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire bar area and service wells

Job Duties

  • Cleaning and sweeping the dining areas of the restaurant
  • Cleaning, sanitizing, and resetting each table for the next guest
  • Taking out the garbage
  • Stocking stations with necessary supplies
  • Cleaning the bathrooms
  • Anticipate guests’ and coworkers’ needs and exceed guest service expectations
  • Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies
  • Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
  • Respond urgently and appropriately to guests’ and coworkers’ needs
  • Exhibit a professional appearance and mannerisms
  • Ensure guests are enjoying their experience and take action to correct any problems
  • Concludes the guest experience by acknowledging choice of establishment and inviting patrons to return
  • Complete assigned sidework at the beginning, during, and at end of shift
